That's why we devote a great deal of our efforts on any design-build project to ensuring that your people know precisely how to operate all systems we install.

Explanations from the Volunteer's Point of View
Many of us at CCI Solutions are active in music and technical ministries in our own churches. We know from personal experience how intimidating sophisticated audio, video and lighting systems can be. When we walk your people through our systems, we do so from their point of view. We tell them exactly what we would want to know if we were in their shoes, using basic terminology and concepts tailored for a non-technical audience.

We're not done until everyone on your worship production team is comfortable with our systems and confident in their own operational abilities.
