Principal Consultant — Ronald L. Simonson, P.E.

Ron is the Principal-in-Charge of all consulting and engineering activities at CCI Solutions and provides engineering oversight of all projects and designs that the company undertakes. A registered professional engineer in the state of Washington, he insists on a high standard of engineering and technical expertise in all phases of projects from design through completion. Ron has had personal involvement in over 500 audio, video and lighting projects spanning a 35-year professional career. His projects include Safeco Field, Key Arena, Benaroya Hall, Gund Arena, UCSD School of Music and hundreds of worship facilities throughout the West.

Consulting Team

Senior Systems Consultant — Mark Pearson
Mark graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Electronics. Mark brings to our clients comprehensive experience in systems design engineering and project management on various projects including First Evangelical Free Church in Fullerton , California and Safeco Field in Seattle , Washington . Mark also has extensive experience as the audio director for the Seattle Mariners and as a consultant with On-Point Designs. Mark understands the proper use of audio, video and lighting systems as a tool to reinforce communications in all types of facilities. Mark is also active in the media ministries of his local church.

As Mark begins his fifth year at CCI Solutions, he brings an exceptional perspective to acoustical consulting and the technical design of audio, video and lighting systems.

Senior Systems Consultant — Greg Hearns
Greg is a graduate of the Seattle Art Institute with specialized training in recording and mixing. Greg has spent much of his career working as either an operator or designer. He has trained technical staff-volunteer and paid-in the fine art of operating sound in support of various styles of performance in many venues on the West Coast. He is also experienced in video production and the use of live-broadcast TV. Greg brings a unique and powerful perspective to both the technical and functional aspects of presentation systems to partner with the client to maximize technology within budgetary considerations. Greg will provide overall project direction and design to a project, complete with commissioning the system and training operations personnel to insure that the system provided meets the client's goals. Greg has been at CCI for over 11 years.

Senior Systems Consultant — Rick Boring
Rick has extensive experience in the design and operation of video production and presentation systems, as well as audio and lighting systems. With a degree in business administration, he brings a unique and powerful perspective to both the technical and functional aspects of video and audio systems. Rick's ability to understand a client's presentation and performance needs, as well as their technical requirements, allows him to bring cost effective and technologically superior solutions designed to maximize the return on investment. Rick also commissions systems and trains operations personnel to insure that the product that was promised is, indeed, delivered.

Project Management

Project Manager — Joe Brannberg
Joe has over 17 years of technical installation and project management experience with CCI Solutions. His ability to understand project management from both managerial and technical perspectives insures that the project will be installed on-time and on-budget.

Joe has managed over 150 video, audio and lighting projects for CCI Solutions and provides lead project management services and is the primary contact for logistics.

Design Team

Project Design Associate — Jon Garrison
Jon has over 20 years in design experience, utilizing AutoCad and audio-specific design software such as EASE to incorporate state-of-the-art technology into audio, video and lighting system designs. He has extensive experience in working with architects, clients and contractors in creating working drawings that are thorough and detailed. His expertise with 3-D drawings for architectural spaces is outstanding and has won the respect of many of our architect partners. Jon was a key player in the design for the custom trolley system implemented in the Benaroya Hall audio enhancement system. He has also constructed custom cabinetry and speaker enclosures, using his talents in woodworking for CCI clients.

Project Design Associate — Jayna Williams, L.C.
Jayna Williams is a certified lighting designer experienced in both theatrical lighting and architectural lighting design. With practical experience in lighting productions as well as extensive CAD experience, she has worked as a designer at CCI Solutions for over 20 years and has worked on over 200 projects during that time. Jayna handles all phases of project design including acoustics, audio, lighting and video. Her extensive experience working with architects as part of the design team is an asset in keeping the various parts of the technical design coordinated with the other project design professionals. Jayna is also NICET certified in audio systems.

Office Management

Office Manager — Eileen Forman
Eileen provides project support services including client customer service and billing services. Eileen maintains contact with the CCI Solutions field and office staff through a complete set of resources including cell phones, T1 Internet access, and a GoldMine® client contact database system. She brings over 20 years of project-based administration experience to CCI Solutions.

Technical Team

Senior Technician — David Bradley
David has over 25 years of technical field experience in complex video, audio and lighting systems. His leadership on previous projects includes Safeco Field, Key Arena, Gund Arena, Timberlake Christian Fellowship, Calvary Temple-Seattle, Saddleback Church, Washington State Department of Transportation, and State of Washington Department of Retirement Systems. David is a NICET certified technician.

Senior Installation Technician — Todd Mayo
Todd has been with CCI for 20 years and is a NICET certified technician. He's been apart of installations in California, Washington, Iowa, Minnesota, Texas, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Oklahoma, and the Philippines. He was the lead installation technician on projects such as Sunset Christian, Calvary Bible, Sequim Presbyterian Church, Boise Church of the Nazarene. He's also assisted at Fullerton Evangelical Free Church, Safeco Field, Key Arena, Gund Arena, Benaroya Hall, TimberLake Christian Fellowship, Saddleback Church, The Grove Church, Mariners Church, Capital Christian Center, and Bellevue Presbyterian Church. Todd enjoys testing, tuning and working with the musical and technical staff on projects. His expertise is audio and video system implementation and rigging.

Senior Installation Technician — Kent Myers
Kent has been working in the audio and video field for nearly 23 years. As a CCI technician, he spends most of his time implementing system designs in the field. His responsibilities include speaker rigging, equipment rack assembly, and termination of all wiring concerning our audio/video systems. His qualifications include work as a recording engineer, musician, concert sound technician, and documentary film producer. Projects he has been involved with include Gund Arena, TimberLake Christian Fellowship, Safeco Field, Boise Nazarene, John Knox Presbyterian, First Baptist Church, Hillside Church, Saddleback Church, Bayside Covenant and Christian Life Center. Kent is NICET certified.

Installation Technician - Jeff Miller
Jeff brings years of experience in the installation and operation of sound, video and lighting equipment  for church and educational venues.   Jeff is a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)  and is an Electronic Theatre Controls Authorized Field Service Provider.  Jeff has been a contributing technician on many recent projects including Saddleback Student Zone, Grove Community Church in California Victory, Assembly of God in Arizona and the University of Wyoming Dance Theatre. He was also the project lead for Voyagers Bible Church in California and co-project lead for Hillside Community Church. Jeff has been with CCI Solutions since 2006.
